Every whip features a multi-layered construction with a solid core, a tightly braided belly, and a 16-plait overlay for a smooth, responsive feel. The balance is designed to carry energy cleanly down the length of the whip, giving you consistent, reliable cracks without fighting the whip.
I finish all of my whips in paraffin wax. This tightens the braiding, adds weight throughout the body, and helps protect against the elements—giving the whip a slightly firmer, more controlled feel right out of the box.
At the end, you’ll find a low-profile English eye, making fall changes quick and simple without adding bulk. These are built to be used, maintained, and kept in action.
